One plan for a multi-country trip: install it once and it connects in every country on its list, with nothing to swap at each border. Global Lite covers the most travelled countries, Global Max adds the rest, and the Global bundle keeps its own shorter list. Global Lite and Global Max are data only, so you keep your own number for calls and SMS; the Global bundle also has Calls + SMS + Data plans that come with a phone number.
Check the covered-country list above before you buy. A country that is not on the list has its own plan on its country page, and the regional bundles (Europe, Asia, Middle East and more) are on each region page.
