These Terms govern your use of Telisco and your purchase of eSIM data plans. By buying or using a Telisco eSIM, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Telisco sells prepaid eSIM plans for travelers. An eSIM is a digital SIM that you install on a compatible device to access mobile data in supported destinations. Most plans are data only. For some destinations we also offer Calls + SMS + Data plans, which include a phone number and a calling and texting allowance. We provide the plans through our eSIM network partners.

Device compatibility

eSIMs only work on eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked devices. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is compatible before purchasing. We provide guidance in our FAQ, but we cannot refund plans that fail to work due to an incompatible or locked device.

Purchases and delivery

• Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout.
• Your eSIM and installation instructions are delivered by email, usually within minutes of successful payment.
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout.
• Delivery is complete when we send that email to the address given at checkout. If it does not arrive, tell us and we will send it again to the same address.
• We send an eSIM only to the email address on the order. We do not send it to anyone else, and we cannot redirect it to a different address after purchase.
• Once the eSIM reaches you, it is yours to use as you wish. Installing it, or passing it to the person who will use it, is your responsibility. If you bought it for someone else, forward them the delivery email and they can install it from the link inside.
• An eSIM installs on one device. Once it has been installed it cannot be moved to another device, so install it on the phone that will actually use it.

Plan usage and validity

Each plan has a set data allowance and validity period, shown before purchase. The validity period typically begins when the eSIM connects to a network in the destination. Some plans must be activated within a set number of days of purchase; where this applies, the deadline is shown in the plan details before you buy. Unused data does not roll over after a plan expires.

Calls + SMS + Data plans

These plans differ from data plans in three ways, and you confirm each of them at checkout before paying:

• The validity period starts at the moment of purchase, not on installation or first connection. The days count down whether or not the eSIM is installed.
• They are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased, including when the eSIM has not been installed.
• They include a phone number issued by the network partner in the country shown in the plan details. Calling and texting allowances, and whether they apply outside that country, are shown before purchase. The network may require an identity check after a period of use where local law demands it.

Calls + SMS + Data plans cannot be topped up. To keep using calls and SMS after the plan ends, buy a new plan.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short, eSIMs that have been installed or have used data are not refundable, and Calls + SMS + Data plans and top-ups are not refundable at all, except where we fail to deliver because of a fault on our side.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Telisco eSIMs lawfully and not to resell, tamper with, or misuse the service. Data plans are for normal personal use and are subject to the fair-use terms of the underlying network.

Limitation of liability

We work to provide reliable connectivity, but mobile coverage depends on local networks and is not guaranteed everywhere. To the extent permitted by law, Telisco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network availability, speed, or interruptions outside our control.

Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing here affects them.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
